    Yes, scout is now totally unplayable...
    At level 3, having an unexpected 2 second disarm with 3 second silence is lethal in TEAM-play. This combination kills even the fastest blinkers (hag, magebane). And by combination I mean disarm, silence, team.
    Unplayable.

    Pickled brain price increase, I can't see any other reason than simply further more decrease early Ring of Sorcery rushes.

    Defiler needed that buff he got. Same for Hellbringer.

    Eye dropped from courier makes me think, why?

    I think the reason for all the stat changes was not really balancing, but rather making the numbers easier to read/deal with.

    Apart from the unbreakable nerf, Shadowblade's ultimate and Curse of Ages buff I find it rather.......unimpressive considering the hype.

    And nothing about armaddon in these hero changes. Everyone, including you know that armaddon is BROKEN and you didnt change him at all... very well...

    PS: Please change him, every time someone picks him in casual mode, i kinda have a small nervous crisis.

    he got nerfed a bit 2 or 4 weeks ago. stop complaining about something you are absolutley clueless. arma is no way broken and btw casual mode do you think they would balance it around CM? lmao

    hey guys, you are so aggressive, let's wait for new patches. I personally think this is a series of patches, too, believe that this patch is not all of these great changes. But the fact that I only have worsened the scout pleases

    Sound a lot more simple that it is, but why not take a look at every hero that is below %50 win rate, and buff them very minorly, and every hero above 50% nerf very minorly?

    Still no nerf for ew? Carry hero with more then 57% winrate.
    And nerf on kinesis? Really? He already has less then 40% winrate.

    Also, do changes in 0.05 stat per level actually important in any way?

    This patch is a joke i hope.

    You should fix so that Scout's disarm doesnt go on cooldown when the attack didnt go off (animation cancel for example).

    So Scout has more utility, but will that make comp players pick him up? Sure he can disarm more reliably now, I still don't see though -why- S2 is trying to make him some more "viable" when he just really came off as a for-fun (pubstomp) hero in the first place. I'm not saying he's nerfed to oblivion (in fact, I think the change makes attack speed items more useful), I just wanna know why Disarm was changed aside from "we want a more reliable team play hero".

    Well, in my opinion. The most noticable nerf/buff is Pebbles ultimate and Valkyries javelin.

    However, you can discuss how much you want about this patch, but there it is the community, YOU guys that have been involved in these changes.
    Stop being mad at S2 for the changes YOU wanted.

    Enjoy the game or stop playing it for gods sake.

    Well I'm bored and since I can't play this game since I'm stuck here in Afghanistan with it's terrible internet connection I may as well actually post something here.
    I don't care, as do many, about the .05 stat changes, and though I love tempest I'm not screaming about his nerfs, tbh I kinda like that the damage was normalized on his elementals. Scout...tough call it was 1 of the 2 steroids he had, both of which I found to be rather underwhelming, the buff to his ulti is nice enough since it helps prevent jukes. I have mixed feeling about his passive rework though. I like that it's controllable now and however most of the damage I saw scout put out was those first 4-5 attacks he got out after vanish-ambushes. From what I can see is that the changes allow him to go toe to toe against other carries fairly easily at the cost of about 1-2 crits in that 4sih second window, which when that 2nd disarm lands now you get about 1-2 second more of them not attacking you which, as far as I can tell, means that your ability to CC has increased at maybe a 10% damage loss or so(That's a very rough estimate). All in all I like the change because it makes him slightly less glass cannoney and removes RNG...which I personally dislike.
    I do like the change for Chronos, 1st the lv1 and 2 buffs are very nice IMO and I actually LIKE that they changed the bonus to magic, and this is why: other than the very early game most opponents are goint to have a higher phys armor than mag armor. By the time you manage to get a SB most of your opponents will be buying some defensive item except maybe their carry, who, if agility/melee, is going to have a high natural armor. In most of my matches, especially in ones where I'm up against a SB carry I grab some form of +armor which, more often then not, is cheaper than a SB. For Chronos to deal more damage with the the bash doing phys rather than magic he needs his opponent to have 7.4/9.4/11.4 armor which is NOT all that difficult to acquire. There are 12 items that give +armor and 7 of them grant allies of the carrier extra armor as well. So the SB-armor is mostly negated by most of those 12. On top of that...it's on every 5th attack, which makes up what a tenth of your damage output anyway? I view it as a buff in the mid-lategame, which is where chronos starts to shine anyway.
    I was most diappointed though with the changes...or lack thereof to WB MQ Swift and Defiler. I've always found these characters to be very...dull and passive heroes. WB is effectively entirely passive abilities and MQ and Swift are not much better, defiler I just find dull as that it's pop R and play whack a mole with Q and W whenever they light up. Other than that the only real activity these heroes get if the right mouse button. I'm not too excited about Jere either, I would have rather seen a duration reduction on charm rather than a longer CD, and the change to his ulti is more or less unnoticeable.
    I like active shillshot heroes when I tried out Ellonia I immediately fell in love with the playstyle, I liked Nomad because of his propensity for mind games, while many of the other heroes who were ported from dota have so many 1 dimentional skills such as MQ's Q and R and WB's....everything. I was hoping that there would be some changes to these DotA ports that made them less "put skills on CD then right click something". Then maybe they would actually require some degree of input from the player and that actually need you to use more than your two mouse buttons to do even moderatly well. I've had matches I could carry without using hotkeys, and this was back before I tanked my mmr 250pts so I could play team matches with my 1300 brother without him getting slaughtered by people who actually knew to some degree how the game worked, or my forced 1 year hiatus from this game in which what skill i had with this game have gone out the window due to lack of practice(I got to play for a few matches when I went on vacation halfway through). I saw the community patch and the list of heroes changed and was disappointed when I saw exactly how little was done.
