Aside from being an avid HoN player, I'm a student at Suffolk University in Boston and am on the board for the SASA (South Asian Student Association) at Suffolk. We started a project earlier that involved donating a dollar to feed a child in Africa and while it did alright because it was projected towards college students, most of whom are tight on funds, it didn't do as well as it could have. Regardless it still did much better than we thought and the response for our effort was great. As part of a project we've started in the summer to extend on the same idea, we got in contact with two agencies - The Greater Good Network and ClickToGive.com - both of whom deal with feeding less fortunate children to set up a way we could help donate to the cause. We've created two links through an external website which will direct you to a 8-10 second ad and then direct you to the respective website where all it takes is a click that you can do once a day (or even once is awesome) to help out the cause. While you can go straight to the websites with their original links and click and have it all work perfectly, the money that we generate through the ads (see below) are extra donations that go directly to the charity of the respective site. So if you guys don't mind sitting through a brief ad that isn't overwhelming or obnoxious (we made sure of it) and clicking on over to help out that would be great.
