Make tempest fiery with an amazing FIRE TORNADO(Super cool, trust me) ult.

Glacial Blasts = Rolling Flames = A series of flames disorients the target

Elemental = Flaming Consumption = Consuming creeps to create flaming minions hurling little balls of fire

Meteor = Ring of Fire = Similar to meteor with a ring of fire around the edge (think of a lion jumping through a flaming circle at a circus)

Elemental Void = Roaring Inferno = Just a massive vortex of fire (amazing imagery)

Tempest himself could look similar to Ragnaros from WoW.

Something like this but a lot wider and more flamey looking. I imagine it like the ult is now, but just made of engulfing flames pulling people inside to fuel the fire
