Got a black screen after patching

After patching and starting HoN up, a black screen showed up.
I uninstalled HoN, downloaded the client again and installed it.
However, HoN worked but it still needed to patch.
So I patched again and after the patch, a black screen shows up again where I can do nothing.

    Can you please help me?

    - Disable all mods when patching.
    - How much HD memory do you have remaining prior to the patch? If you don't have enough memory, then the patch may succeed, but cause HoN to be faulty with missing files. Free up additional memory and do another reinstall.

Can you upload your console.log and post the link to it:

In addition, since we are in the transition of moving to a new system, you can use the helpdesk to query your problems, as you can get faster response time with it:

Need more HD free space during the patching process.

You will need to do a complete reinstall, free up additional space and patch again, in that order. You may need to free up more space than normally if you also have other softwares updating around this time (windows updates, Steam's application, ...)
