I agree with you on this point. I'm going to be on the Dreamhack Crew as HoNadmin and the first thing they told me were that we have to be REALLY strict regarding the starting of the games. No time for excuses or delaying. Strict schedule in both BYOC and main.

With proper management and a no bs attitude, we feel that this tournament and timeline can be run smoothly.

I've run countless BYOC and netcafe LANs here in Australia, and all I gotta say is 'good luck', sorting out 40 players (not to mention the language barrier with some teams?) with gear swapping is highly frustrating as problems are bound to happen, most of the time for the stupidest reasons. Although if you have a secret formula please share with me as I put countless hours/days before my events to make them run on time (which they do maybe 10-15mins late). One helpful thing that I've found has worked is involving team managers a hell of a lot, I know shinkz is a smart and organised fella so you shouldn't have problems with fray ;>.
