When bubble's shell expires, his animation is reset.

"Brief" Explanation:

When bubbles uses shell surf, and the shell expires without bubbles activating it a second time, bubbles animations will reset completely (I assume due to the shell being placed back onto him). This will however not interrupt any current action, meaning any animation currently running will not show. For instance auto-attacking.

The issue with this is not missing one attack animation, it's take cover. If timed correctly, take cover will either not animate at all, or cancel mid-animation, which would trick enemies into believing you canceled the take cover, whilst you are actually still invulnerable.

Reproduction Steps:

Cast shell surf, and when the shell is just about to expire, cast take cover.

EDIT: This looks like it could be related, though it does not seem as if reproduction steps were ever found, and since the match id is long deleted, there is no way for me to know if it's the same bug or not :/
