To be honest, the biggest problem I have with this hero is he does not play like an "Infiltrator."

Q- Dota: Omniknight - Degen Aura ? So first skill makes me think he is a support hero but what he looks like and his name do not fall in line.
W- Too much range, you would have extreme lane dominance any attacks to kill minion waves would hurt you alot and same for team fights vs. physical enemies. It’s like extreme AOE range bramble armor item that is always on.
E- Behemoth shockwave, but physical damage and knock back. I actually like this ability alot
R- I agree with skyve, too much like Deadwood and lacks creativity for my taste. You want an ult that plays on or combos with your other ability's and conjunctive with his name. (bramble makes plants, magebane kills your mana, moonqueen uses moonbeams....you see the pattern?)
Infiltrator sounds like an ult were you look like target enemy hero for a set time or you can temporarily see all enemies in a 2500 radius.....etc, etc.
Nullstone will block single target nukes but I dont believe it blocks deadwoods ult since it is phyical and theirfor null stone does nothing to counter any of ifiltrators abilities.
Sorry I sound harsh but you spent alot of time and detail on your draft and I think the more content you include the more in-depth a review is needed.
My 2 cents I do like the concept and I want to see how he grows
