    From the bag of crazies spawns another hero. This one even comes with her own container!

    Pandemic

    Unleashes a plague at the target, slowing it by 50% for 1 second. Then, if there are any other targets nearby, it will jump to that target, applying the slow reduced by 12.5/10/7.5/5%. Bounces until the slow either reaches 0% or there are no more targets to bounce to. On the last bounce, deals damage equal to 3/4.5/6/7.5x the remaining slow % and stuns for 0.75 seconds plus 0.02 times the remaining slow percent.
    Range: 500
    Manacost: 130
    Cooldown: 16

    (Yes, the slow can actually bounce around as long as 10 seconds in total, but it will still only affect a single target at any given time.)

    Paranoia

    Stimulating the targets fear, Pandora causes the target to see Illusions of itself attacking it. Spawns an Illusion of the target in a 450 distance of its back every 2 seconds. Illusions will attack the target while it is not facing them. Lasts for 2/4/6/8 seconds.
    Illusions take 200% damage, deal 40% damage and last for 15 seconds.
    While Paranoia is active on a target its armor is reduced by 4.
    Range: 600
    Manacost: 75
    Cooldown: 18

    Paradox

    Pandora places a buff at the target, reducing all damage it takes by 75%. For the duration, the affected units HP will be displayed as though the target still took regular damage. At the end of the effect, the closest enemy hero within 600 range of the affected hero takes all prevented damage as true damage.
    Range: 700
    Manacost: 60
    Cooldown: 22

    Pandora's Box

    Nobody is completely sure of the mysteries Pandora's Box contains, however, it is known that Pandora herself is able to store her magics inside. On use, allows you to use one of your first three skills to place their magic inside Pandora's Box, creating a box in your inventory that will unleash the stored ability on use.
    Manacost: 150
    Cooldown: 60/45/30
    A single unit may only hold 1 Box of Pandora at a time.

    Staff of the Master: Instead of requiring the use of one of Pandora's other abilities on use, creates a box on cast of the ultimate. The created box can then be used from your inventory to store a skill, allowing other players you might give a box to to store their non-ultimate skills inside.

    SotM Alternative: Grants Pandora's Box 2 uses before it is consumed. Pandora's Box (Item) still follows regular skill cooldowns.

    This is a cool hero, some unique concepts! I like it!
    About the ult, why not allow you to reset all skill cooldowns, then you use one and they go back in the previous cd they were before? Does it need to ocupy one of your items slot?
    And I don't know why, but she seems kinda week in the lane phase...she is a good ganker, but all skills depend on the enemy positioning, and you don't really have a skill that allow you to control that.

    She doesn't really need to control enemy positioning. The illusions are always spawned at the targets back. This means that, if he faces one, the next one is likely to spawn behind him, opposed to the one spawned first.
    While the enemy is running away this skill will always be very effective too.

    The first skill is always at least a 50% slow for 1 second, regardless of positioning, giving it more than enough base effectiveness imo. If you hit a single target with it it becomes a very powerful stun, and during a teamfight it has a similar effect as Voodoo Jesters cocktail (except no stunning ).
    You don't really need to manipulate any positioning for the skills to work.

    And yes, it kinda is necessary for the ultimate to use an item slot, since otherwise you wouldn't be able to give them to your allies (which you are supposed to be able to do, even without SotM).

    Nice skill set, very original ! I love the skill 1 and the Ult, i'm not fan of skill 2,
    I don't think the stun is needed for skill 1, but a dot while the plague is on ! with this a cd reduction !

    Paradox might be a too powerful spell to be non-Ultimate, but it is really original and suportive ! Used offensively on an initiator or a carry could be mega powerful

    Ult, is awesome but in late game, it's more a hindrance due to the inventory slot it takes... (Also I prefer the choice 1 of ult sotm)
    Icon set, is awesome ! Where is it from?

    Icons are from Guild Wars 2.

    The problem with the ult item slot could be solved by using an already existing "hidden" item slot :P

    I don't think the stun is needed for skill 1, but a dot while the plague is on ! with this a cd reduction !
    But that would kinda make it a completely different skill
