Thread: Snap ---> Bramble!

As you all know, we have a new hero coming to Newerth this Friday and we're extremely excited about what our newest strength hero is going to bring to the game. Since posting the teaser for her, we've been reading your feedback about our fearsome friend and have decided to make a change...
Snap is now known as Bramble!
We saw several of you suggest this name and it was used in the past by Drasha, one of our Global Moderators, for one of his hero ideas. Thanks again for all of your feedback and we're very happy to bring this highly requested change to our community!
Get hyped for her upcoming Hero Spotlight, when Bramble's abilities will be revealed!

EDIT: Was a little too hasty posting, read through the OP again and saw that the name was actually used for a dream hero suggestion long before I suggested it. Ah well, at least i felt special for a little while.

I don't know if "Bremble" is the best solution for this hero now... "Bremble" sounds like "Tremble" ... guess this could cause some difficulties...
Does this mean you'll change anything because enough people make a noise?
It's good to listen to your community, it's even better to be selective about what you listen to.
Can we decide on Bramble's gender now?
If Bramble is based off the Venus fly trap then it should be referred to as an it as it flowers (thus has male and female sexual organs)

terrible change.
Vindicator and Predator both sound similar. I don't see people complain about that though. The name change is fine.
And, if you were to stretch it out a little further, you could say Aluna and Amun-Ra sound similar as well. I don't really think the name change effects anything at all, it's just a aesthetic decision.

His name is Bramble, not Bremble. With an A, such as the thorny plant :P
