As many of you know we handle all Customer Support questions directly through our helpdesk and by email, Technical Support has always gone through the forums and wiki by our volunteers and could be slightly inefficient at times, so we aim to remedy this.
From now on, for any technical support concerns, you can send an email directly to TechSupport@S2Games.com or by visiting the helpdesk at http://helpdesk.s2games.com/ and choosing the Technical Support category.
