Activation:
Applies Challenged to target for 2.5 / 3 / 3.5 / 4 seconds. Any unit with Challenged active on them will be silence,perplexed and forced to attack the duelist. The duelist will gain 100% chance to block 10/20/30/40 damage from the challenged target. The damage block does not stack with HoBL.

Duelist will automatically evade and counter-attack to any attacker in 150/200/250/300 radius that has 15/12/10/8% less attack speed then him. He also automatically deflect any attack projectile that were launch outside the radius (The duelist is disarm in this mode so the counter-attack is count as a special attack just like TDL charging strike). Counter attack applies piercing strike to the attacker.

The Duelist is very deadly with his rapier that which each stab he will deal a portion of damage that will ignore the enemy armor and bleed the enemy.

On Attack:
The Duelist deals 15 / 25 / 35 / 45 bonus True damage and applies bleed to enemy heroes for 3 sec.
Bleed effect.Slowing enemy attack and movement speed the more they attack and move.Bleed inflicts initial 12 / 16 / 24 / 30% Movement Speed and 12 / 16 / 24 / 30 Attack Speed.
Every 100 units moved while bleed will inflict an additional 12% Movement Speed slow and 12 Attack Speed Slow. It will also leave a blood trail behind the bleeding enemy hero
Every attack performed while bleed will slow speeds by an additional 0.6 / 1.2 / 1.8 / 2.4% Movement Speed Slow and 0.6 / 1.2 / 1.8 / 2.4 Attack Speed Slow. Bleed effect stack with stutter effect. (This one really need balancing. So someone please help me.)

Duelists can make an impressive, flashy attack with his rapier that catches their enemy off guard. This special attack deals 150/200/250 true damage with maximum effect of bleed. The target also will be disarmed for 3/4/5 sec.
The way I see on how to built this hero is lots of armor and attack speed. This hero has poor base damage and stat gain. To make for it he has an exclusive attack modifier that deals true damage to help him dealing some damage in team fight and ganking.
He doesn't need any damage item because in parry mode he will be disarmed (The concept in parry is he will be waiting for an enemy attack to counter it. You do not attack in parry mode. So this is why the disarmed status.)
Item like demonic, frost-field plate and charge hammer really synergize well with him. HoBL is not recommended on him.
He is strong against any physical damage but very vulnerable to any magic damage nukes, so building a shrunken head is core on him. Also PK is good item on him.
