I find it very tedious when members of my team continually get hooked and lose us the game. Its also a pain in the ass to constantly remember to stay out of hook range.

I think that if they remove Dev permanent +Str passive with a temporary +Str buff after kill/assist then he wouldn't be banned as much. They did it with Vindicator.
