Getting MMR & stats but not the coins :(

Today I've played 4 games with my friend, 4 wins, the first one was fine we won, the second i got that message "failed to retrive match stats" i got the mmr but no cions.The third game i got disconnected and couldnt not reconnect i tried logging off and on but the game told me the match had ended, the fourth game showed the same problem as the second match but this time i didnt get the mmr too. Soo what happened?

I did not have a crash however I am unable to retreive the following match id 89415962

i dont get any coins after a win or lose i relogged etc. but still get nothing

so...

what to do ?

I am having the same problem as well. No coins received, but other stats (Serial Killer, MMR, etc) were recorded.

I got the same thing. Don't know what's up but I was stuck at 91 and the last two games didn't give me coins (I ended up buying the electrician though seeing as there is a .01 chance of getting the alt)

89413639, when I tried to view the board afterwards I could see the scores/inventories but all player names were showing up as 0, and it had a "failed to retrieve" message over it...and the box on the right wasn't working

I tried having a look now (~5 hours later) and the names and all are there, but again there's a "failed to retrieve" over it for some reason?

My crappy KD could really use that 11-3, so I really hope it recorded properly :P seem to have gotten my MMR, anyway...

I would like the crew of the game Heroes of Newerth analyze this problem because on my last 4 games where I played the hero Gladiator at the end of them, I just got the experience, but did not win silver coins, would you it looked to me, so I could earn my coins, and solve this problem of failure to receive information of the game that no other player to go through this disorder.

Seems like a bug with the servers since you get the "Failed to retrieve match information." message. Other than that I really can't answer to your issues.
