This hero change the balance of a situation. He can push a lane easily or turn the event of a team fight. He is a range support intelligence hero that master entropy and correspondence. The role of this hero is to take advantage a situation. Post Haste should be his best friend. His power is greater when he is surrounded by allies or enemies.
(Q)Diversion This skill is a remake of the old engineer skill. For a brief moment, Saboteur his able take control of an ally mechanical unit (ballista, or tower) and give a momentary boost of damage and armor. The tower AI can be change to target hero over creep. This skill should be strong enough protect the lane while waiting for allies to come defend. The damage increase should be enough to cause a threat. (W)Correspondence Reveal an area. At level 1, something like 2 seconds revelation. It is enough to check rune or creep spot. At level 4, The Saboteur is able to trigger Diversion with no restriction on range. He should be able to push or defend a lane while he is somewhere else. (E)Entropy Surround any target with chaotic energy. Heal (ally) or damage(ennemy) the target with a % of damaged deal around the saboteur. This skill can save an ally or kill an enemy with a escape mechanism if the fight continue. In the momemtum of a fight this skill should be strong. In a 1vs1 situation this should be moderate.
At level 4, The saboteur can take control of enemies unit with Diversion. (R)Something is wrong in this world; This must be use to counter an initiation or help your team to initiate. Target area to buff/debuff. For the duration of the ultimate, any heroes that use a cooldown effect have a chance to received a burst of damage (enemy) or heal (ally).
