Active Effect: Apply 1/2/3/4 Charges of "Strangling Vines" to self for 6 seconds. 60 Second Cooldown.
Strangling Vines: Your basic attack immobilizes your target for 1/1/2/2 seconds. Attacks made on targets already afflicted by Strangling Vines will deal additional magic damage equal to 25% of %wielders primary stat%
Keep in mind, you could either keep them immobilized for up to 4 seconds, or use it for the potential burst when considering heroes it might be useful on!

Helps a lot against blinkers I think. Also the level 1 ability (the most important) you get for 3750 which is i think a bit cheap.
Let's compare to
Price 3100 (same price category)
1.4 second stun at 25% or 10% chance compared to 100% 2 second immobilize (in my opinion activateable 100% 2 second immobilize is WAY more powerful, especially on ranged/stealth)
has a 2 second cooldown so you cannot get permabashed (you can stack to 4 second immobilize OR get more damage out of it, downside 60 second cooldown/activated)
Is attack modifier (is not attack modifier)
both do not propagate to illusions
So i think it needs a little bit more nerfing, otherwise good
(also has a lot of mana regen and some attack speed buff)
I think the long cooldown helps even it out when compared to Brutalizer, but I also made a minor tweak to the Immobilization time from 2 at all levels to 1/1/2/2, Which means you have to spend at least an additional 1600g for the full potential immobilize.
I think this iteration works out better, you're paying 1600g for the rough equal of a major totem and 33% of a steamstaff. 764g worth of stats, and 836 for the increased duration of the immobilize. This will also prevent people from simply ignoring the upgrades, without completely gutting the early levels usefulness.
Still needs more tweaking, though, ofc.
