Hi Chilly.
Ill just land you some words for this hero.
First of, I gotta say I like the concept of a hero that can attack at a range without being seen, but i dont know how that should be possible without giving the hero longer range like Flint.
So if you could explain to me the concept of Shrouded?
About the abilities:
Snare: I think you should rethink this ability. It makes me think of Alunas stun, which also chains, just with a stun effect. And currently (before ulti) its quite boring.
Suggestion: Maybe use a "phantom net" (somewhat like geomancer), and still with the short cd. That way it will be skillbased wether or not you can "profit" from the ability constant snaring every 5th second. The bonus from the ultimate could then be reducing the targets visual range when snared so the ability will synergise better with Phantom strike.
Twillights bow: As I said above, a describtion of the Shrouded effect would help me understand the concept better. Maybe its just me thats a bit slow,About the speed bonus. Dark Lady got a speed bonus from her dash (which also deals damage), so the speed bonus is not overpowering. (maybe on a ranged hero? i dont know). I would also try and make it more true to the concept.
Suggestion: Instead of increased attack speed, make her shoot an additional arrow at the same target for the duration. That would scale well into late game. Maybe shorten the duration a bit with my suggestion.
Phantom strike: I dont think I can understand the idea of shooting without being seen before I get an idea of what Shrouded is. But I can definately say, that is should either be a passive with a decent cd (like 5-6s) or an orb effect that end up with no CD. But again. I need to understand Shrouded, because I cant see any other way to attack without being seen.
The Ultimate: Big fan of these kind of ultimates myself. I like that a carry first becomes a carry /starts scaling when she can put points into her ultimate. My biggest problem when I am designing these ultimates my self, is trying to make them an "ultimate", if you boost the abilities to little, the ultimate feels weak, if it boosts alot the ultimate quickly becomes OP. AND here follows the reasoning. If you get to big a boost, the hero will always be played sololane or mid, and quickly gain the advantage, and the other way around. Getting behind in levels could practically mean the hero becomes useless and no where near a "carry".
Just a string of thoughts.

Babylon7k managed to pretty much take the majority of the words I was about to type out of my mouth. Im defnintely liking the idea of the hero. Reading it, it feels like a different kinda of ranged carry. Not your ordinary run-of-the-mill carry. I like how the first ability immobilizes as opposed to stuns. However I'd reconsider the chaining idea (damn you Babylon7k! - only kidding) as the guy above me stated already. Trying not to copy him.
I like the idea of shrouded although am having slight difficulty understanding it, I'm assuming it just allows you to deal extra damage when they cant see you for instance, from high ground to low ground or behind a tree. Maybe you could think about a short invisibilty duration from which you could attack once or twice with an attack speed buff before being revealed. I think that could possibly work well. Increase burst potential.
As for the next ability I like the slow, if I am correct about the effect of shrouded. Correct me if I am wrong. Right now I'm feeling a bit delirious due to being pumped up on meds - still feeling super ill, Im expending all my energy to making sure I type coherently.
For the Ultimate you like the idea of a finisher? I've always thought a cool one would be an ability similar to Forsaken Archer's ulti however only a single high damage, long range shot which could penetrate multiple targets in a straight line. Tapering slow? maybe. Sounds awfully familiar, tell me if I'm missing something super obvious...sounds too familiar....DOTA 2 maybe...only thing thats come to mind atm is the light arrow from Zelda, like her final smash in SSBB. Just a thought.
Main thing to get from me, good job. Hero's good in my opinion.

I wish to refine the hero design and skills before I really start on balance, but by all means please do comment on balance and suggest reworks, what you think would be cool etc.Thoughts and Questions:
1. What are your thoughts and muses on her backstory, skill blurbs and the connection between them all? Is it all a bit disconnected?
2. Your thoughts on Phantom Strike in particular? I was not happy with the orb I suggested before, so I reworked it into this skill. I am still not happy with this skill but I do want an orb/passive damage steroid, Critical Strike, steal stats, attack faster the more you attack specific target.
Lastly, I don't want this hero to do it all! I want her to be a solid ganking carry to the likes of Fayde or Arachna who can devastate single targets. However, I do not wish Phantom Huntress to be my reiteration of a ganking carry (e.g Arachna but in another skin), but I wish her to be a legimately unique and different Agility ranged (Yes, I know) ganking carry

Don't put the base health unless you know the equation to calculate it. (If it really is supposed to be 590, nerf it. That's more than most str heroes.)
I think its 150+ Str*17, but I could be wrong.
Phantom Net: You don't really have a reliable way to land this ATM. In many cases landing a delayed skillshot can be very difficult if not impossible without the aid of another disable. I think 5 seconds might be a bit low for the cooldown as well.
Twilight's Bow: Interesting mechanic, but how does it interact with invisibility? Does this make it so that attacks don't break invis? (Since that is technically "revealing one's location.")
Phantom Strike: So if you have max level everything out, you have a chance to do 85 additional damage total? Seems a bit low, considering it's a 25% proc chance. The idea behind this skill is rather creative, though!
You're got some great ideas behind this hero, but it still needs work, particularly adding in the ultimate.

I've been hanging out for some feedback since all the reworks - I definately will fix base health.
Thanks for the comment on reliable way to land it - I may make it the ultimate since it has such a big radius or I will reduce it to about 150.
As for the the interaction between invisibility and the second skill: You would break invis and deal the extra damage, however, if you were in fog you would not be revealed. If you where in vision of the enemy you would been seen.
Concerning the third skill, I may buff the numbers, make it an orb or rework it. The skills role is to be some sort of steroid, and that was the latest version.

I have an idea for an ultimate:
She places phantoms of herself at target position which is immobile but can attack enemies and has a certain amount of health. The phantoms can also reduce the vision of all enemies within a certain range and they can inherit the passive.
This way you can play mind-games with your enemies and utilize your other spells more efficiently. I think that would be pretty fun.
Hmm... I do wish to stay away from the illusion based gameplay - But that is a good idea. Though, currently, I am trying to find a good alternative steroid to replace the current 3rd skill - Any ideas?

No need to make them illusions. They could just be phantoms that are ethereal and can not be harmed, kind of like Slither wards, but it's your choice of course.
As for the third skill, you can have a passive that makes the next attack dealt from fog will deal X amount of damage and reduce armor\slow\root\reduce vision and have it on a 20/15/10/5 second cooldown or something like that. Makes playing in lane a lot more active and encourages very original gameplay.
I feel that your suggested 3rd skill wouldn't fit right. Her second skill is a activatable buff and I feel that would be "weird" unless you are suggesting a skill like Emerald Wardens Silencing Shot

It would be more like a ranged version of Kraken passive or Gladiator Whip, I've always been inclined to passives like that as they are usually a lot more fun that straight up steroid passives as they are so horribly boring.
The spell could also easily work together with your second skill as that one basically gives you a free shot of the suggested passive, and you could add something along the lines that the coolown of the suggested passive is reduced each time you attack from out of sight.
Make it for me please... I don't really understand

First skill more reminds me EW's trap, and Deadwood's root...
Instead of Phantom Net, I would put a Self buff, which under this buff, next attack will deal extra damage, and removing vision of the targeted unit for 4s...
Twilight bow is a very interesting skill, I like it, but I think it should show position of your hero attacking or casting for 0.2s or something like that without breaking invisibility !
I don't think the extra attack speed is needed, I would rather put movement speed !
Phantom Strike, is bad, it got RNG and it's a bit boring, I would change this skill.
Moonguard should be activable and boost abilities. so it will in itself provides interskill interaction if you boost abilities for the duration of ultimate, It also should give some extra bonus, (Agility, Evasion? i don't know) to fit the contest.
Like this, your hero will fit the contest, skill 1 with Genjuro will be awesome, and your hero will be a Jukebeast !!!
But that's only my opinion... do as you want !
