Above poster forgot to convert timezones, ended up coming 30 minutes after tournament started (two hours after check in started) and demanded to be put into the bracket, after realizing his mistake.

Oh God, my sides.

Stay tuned for something inconsequential soon!
First of all, Clan Milk isn't obligated to do anything for you. This tournament is a privilege, not a right.
Secondly, the only person at fault is you. You're the one who messed up on the time conversion, and you also did not prepare enough time to adequately resolve your issues before the tournament.
Grow up at learn to take some responsibilities on your own. Blameshifting on Haddon is probably the least effective thing you can do.
If you do decide to sign up for future tournaments, make sure you take the initiative instead of waiting for the last minute to ask questions.
Lastly, I see no problem here. There's nothing wrong with the system or the way Clan Milk is running things.
In fact, I'd go as far to say Clan Milk is doing amazingly for the community of HoN players.
Im trying to understand the problem.
You wanted to get in contact with Haddon on the day of the tournament, but he wasn't online.
Now you ask that Haddon stays online for the whole tournament day.
What you ask is for someone from USW to stay online for ~12 hours before the tournament starts (Which starts at 12pm EST)
Then he needs to stay for the entire tournament (Which can take ~6 hours + 2 from the sign ins)
that would total for 20 hours that someone needs to be online for your questions to be answered.
I have a clear solution for this:
Try to give Clan Milk a good tip, and stop whining. You could of course advise to have some other ClanMilk people to be available on times Haddon is not. For example: Europeans.
TLDR:
Have respect for Haddon, he hosts tournament you can participate in for FREE while you get some gold coins, for which he gains NOTHING himself.
Every Tournament someone whines or rages, while the only thing Haddon tries to do is helping out everyone. I don't understand why you post ~20 posts just to address Haddon.
