FPS drop Problem

Well, i have played hon from last year, and this occur in this several weeks. Before, my HoN was works normally, i never got lag or sudden fps drop most of the time.
But now i don't know what really happened, everytime enemy are using skill, most of the time i got lag, especially when we re on war. My normal fps ingame is arround 40-50, when enemy start to use skill it often goes to 10-20 fps. And when on war, mostly it goes arround 4-8 fps which is really bad to know what happening.

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall HoN, Downloading new client, do what HoN Wiki told to solve fps problem, but no one works.

Have you installed any Software on you computer shortly before you experience this behaviour now?
Also re-install DirectX because it see it struggling once.
