Happens to me every 2/10 games that I am champion of newerth or immortal and i still lose. For example my last game.

I was above 450 gpm whole game, got immortal at about 25 minutes, I participated in teamfights, I built correct items and I did more then 45% of our teams damage and still we werent even near winning. So can someone looks at the replay and tell me what went wrong and if there is any way to solo win a game even with a bad team or is picking sand wraith every game the only option?
