Gladiator ultimate doesn't let allies use portal key.

Problem: The gladiator ult gives the team a 50% less damage buff, after the buff the damage will be done in non-lethal damage (Making the damage come from gladiators ultimate, and not the enemy team) and makes you unable to use the portal key for several seconds, isn't that like saying you can't use a portal key after you used a blood chalice.

Solution: Fix it so you can use portal key at the gladiator ultimate buff.

I know it's a very small problem and the majority don't have to deal with it, but when you do have to deal with it, it might be very frustrating.

^this line is what is preventing the portal key. I'll ask around and see why it was added. =P
