I must admit yelling at developers is not very nice for something they offer. The thing is that they did annonce a date, had probably problems or something, had to change this date, but didn't annonce anything again. So people who expected it when it was supposed to happen feel betrayed.
I played many games during the week and in the news it says "YOU MADE IT" and then all of the prizes are checked in the list, yet when I check I have none of the things found in the list (the courier, taunt and avatar)... That sucks. What happened?!
This company lacks in integrity with their word, their word to us as a community is that the 11th we would get our prize. We as a community played our part and took on your challenge therefore we took the responsibility of the challenge. We completed the challenge and we want our prize, you fuked up somewhere that you couldn't stick to your word, at least have the fukin balls to be responsible and say there will be a delay on the prizes. The reason why we got the weekend extra, is cause the chats wasn't working as it should've done. It was a compensation, to allow us more time to finish the challenge.

it does take some time to fix server problems, and you all should be happy that we can play again, or just get your ass up and do something else then sitting in front of your computer.

I'll agree that when you program/code/implement things don't go as planned. However, what is it that they're implementing? A skin, a courier, and a taunt. These are all things they've done before, with no issue. Not to mention that they announced this a while ago, I wouldn't be surprised if they already had it implemented it and it just hasn't been delivered yet.the average age in here must be about 11-14..

Either way, they should've been professional enough to make an announcement, instead of just changing the Global Challenge mana bottle thing to "You did it!" Obviously it takes time to deliver things even if they're already implemented, but regardless, they should've said something along the lines of: "Prizes will be delivered in this Friday's patch." (Which is what I expect will happen soon.)
Though, keep in mind the reason everyone is *****ing is because the event was meant to end the 11th, and they promised that the prizes would be delivered the same day. It's understandable that people are wondering why the prizes weren't delivered the same day the event ended after the extension, but all of it could've been avoided by just changing the MOTD, or adding a simple announcement on the forums/via email/front page.

Jesus christ do you realize how pathetic you sound right now? It was more than clear that issues were occurring, we all were there. It was an inconvenience and they extended time. What the **** is so wrong about that? You just have to wait a few days and you'll get what you want. You'll get your prizes in a matter of days, not weeks, not months, but days. If it was weeks or months I'd understand the outrage but it's not even a week that you have to wait and you get your free stuff (which btw are all awesome)

If we got the prizes on the 11th we wouldn't get Steampunk Electrician because we weren't at 1.1m games played.
Now thanks to problems they extended the event and all 3 prizes got unlocked.

Simply amazing. The goal of 1.1 million games was actually reached early on Friday but you guys kept on trucking and crushed the goal by over 400,000 games! Congratulations to all! Now, for the prizes, which will be handed out tomorrow, May 15th.
1.1 million games: Steampunk Electrician AND Electrician Hero (for Basic and Verified players)
700,000 games: Kongor Taunt
300,000 games: Kongor Kourier
I played like 10000 mid war games, please tell me those counted as mm matches. :sigh:
