How about an icey skeleton version of Balph.
His vomit could just be a long breath of ice that sounds like a blizzard.
His W could make an icy snap noise when you silence someone (when you activate W again he says something and the ice makes a break noise while applying to other people). His minions could be made of ice and bones and when they attack make a sound of snapping ice aswell.
And, his ult could be a blast of snow and bones and he could say 'Hell freezes over!'.

Balfossilgore!

A skelletal version of balph who makes old bones coma alive and fight for him.

1st spell. spews sand and dirt in front of him also spitting out bones
of old fossils.

2nd spell. uses his powers to take the enemy back to a time where there were no spells (?)

3rd spell. summons skeletal minions made out of bones from ancient fossils

4rd spell. Releases a wavw of dirt and sand with little bones and fossils and skeletal minions

OK so I saw this awhile ago, I'm not taking credit for it but I thought it would be a good idea.

Basically you go with a kind of Cerberus style deal thing.

Have one head cast each skill, Regurgitation, Corpse Conversion etc... and for his ult, maybe all three heads howl or some **** and all hell breaks loose.

Gangster Balphagore OR Mafia Balphagore

the idea is to make balphagore look like a gangster/mafia guy, wearing a black suit and if possible with a tie and a black hat, it will also be cool if u can make him with a cigarette and looking like he's the boss!. The cool thing of adding this theme for balphagore, it's because he is fat and big and he gives us an idea of being a boss, so if u add some stuff like mafia/gangster theme, it will look so awesome.


Introduction:

In the darkest places of Newerth, a criminous organization prepares to gather and make a plan to rule it. Using all their all their abilities and weapons, controlled by their leader, an evil boss, they will infiltrate and dominate Newerth.


Voice:

his voice should like badass, showing that he's a boss, it will also be cool if you can add him with a strong and evil voice of a boss and if possible also that boss laugh.


Here is my idea of possible voice sounds:


"IM THE MAFIA OF NEWERTH" OR "IM THE GANGSTER OF NEWERTH"

"BOW TO YOUR BOSS"

"NO ONE SHOULD FACE ME"

"PAY OR SUFFER"


Hero Design:


* Mafia/Gangster suit theme (black and white)

* black hat, black tie.

* with a cigarette (if possible) on his mouth.

* fat just like balphagore.

* optional: black sun glasses


Hero Concept:


First Skill ( the aoe effect ): a dark smoke ( i was thinking, if he uses a cigarette, he could have breath problems so he throws a lot of smoke haha )

Second Skill ( the silence ) : i dont really know if ur going to add an effect to his second skill, but if u do, could make the enemy with parts of his body black ( could be like the enemy is infected )

Third Skill ( the creeps ) : if you dont have a better idea, could be black dogs ( here in my country we call them 'hot vailer' ), because they are usually together with the mafia guys.

Ult ( the big aoe thing ) : could be a high wave of smoke increasing of size.

Balph is my favourite hero

I believe something like, Bone Smith Balphahore

Goes with the whole, balph's stomach is a forge and store of corpses

carries around a big anvil on his back or under one arm and a hammer

His minions could be little skeletons, that look foraged together with steel

His spew could be a steam bath kinda blast from his forge

and his ult could tempering up his hammer and then slamming in down on the anvil for the big AOE

His silence could be like a clang on his anvil, makes a spark on the enemy

Make him look like a big hunched over more human looking demon guy, kinda like a bigger, more ape like maliken with a big beard

Voice should be really deep booming voice like Behemoth but more human and cooler and says anvil puns and things like " An anvil a day keeps the bad guys away" stuff of that nature


Again one of my favvy heroes and its awesome he is finally getting some avatars, also I cant draw so I cant really draw a cool representation

R = Farm Apocalypse -> The minions spawned can be mutant sheeps, pigs, etc. ( a cow bell sounds when he charge 80% of his ult, when he used it he can scream a big "MUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU")

ATTENTION HON'ERS:

I bring to you today the mighty
JANITOR BALPHAGORE.


Regurgitate: Balphagore spews cleaning fluid all over the battle field, burning his enemies and slow them. (VISUAL: same except blue breath)

Daemonic Pathogen: Balphagore silences his enemies by washing their mouths out with soap. (VISUAL: Same except blue lines)


Corpse Conversion: Balphagore sweeps/mops up corspses and stores them in his mop bucket thingy, which he can then use to create mini janitors. (VISUAL: When he runs over a creep a really quick sweeping/mopping movement. The minons are like the ones atm, except they are wearing a janitors outfit. Think the janitor from scrubs.)

Hell On Newerth!: After gaining enough power from nearby enemy spell casts, Balphagore unleashes the cleaning power of bleach stored inside his gut in an
explosive ring of bleach. (VISUAL: Same, except blue ring instead of red. )

Heres a pic of what it would look like. May need some work.



Annnnd thats my IDEA, take as little or as much from it as you want S2.

P.S. when i say blue i mean like cleaning fluid blue, like light blue.

Harbinger Balphagore

Summary:

Harbinger Balphagore is inspired by the Cthulhu Mythos, he is a powerful minion of Cthulhu who's job is to make sure Newerth is ready for the arrival of his master. The tentacled monstrosity has a second mouth on his belly where he stores corpses ready to be used for the his grim rituals. This alt avatar keeps the concept of the original Balphagore but sports the looks of a minion of Cthulhu, which definitely isn't less terrifying than the loveable hulking daemon the original balphagore is. Detailed description of my entry's concept is to be found below...

Back story:

No one really knows where the Harbinger came from, but the rumours say that the nightmarish creature emerged from the deepest, darkest part of the ocean, a place where only beings of pure malicious evil survive. It is clear that the Harbinger is preparing for the arrival of someone, or something, that goes by the name of Cthulhu. The Harbinger paves his master's path on Newerth with chaos and destruction, performing ancient rituals and calling forth nightmarish minions from the blackest part of the ocean's heart to aid him in spreading the havoc.

Appearance:

His body build is similar to the original Balphagore's, but with a scaled fish green skin. His feet are slimy and webbed, similar to a frog's. His belly is oversized just like the original Balphagore's, but it has a gaping mouth full of razor sharp teeth at the center. His head is a little flat and has a row of tentacles dangling over his chest, almost like a beard. His head is reminiscent of Cthulhu's, an example is to be found here: (image isn't mine) https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-B...u_detail_2.jpg His hands are clawed and outstretched, also similar to Cthulhu's in the image I linked. He doesn't have wings as he isn't Cthulhu himself, but merely a powerful minion of his.

Animations:

Regurgigate - Spews digestive juices from his second mouth (the mouth on his belly).

Demonic Pathogen - Shouldn't be too different, maybe switch it's colour to light blue. Here the Harbinger inflicts a contagious curse on his enemies that takes away their sanity for a short period of time.

Corpse Conversion - The Harbinger stores corpses inside his belly, and then performs unholy rituals fueled by the lingering souls of the dead corpses to summon lesser minions from the deep. Hell on Newerth - Fueled by the power of enemy spell casts, the Harbinger temporarily summons the wrath of Cthulhu. The Harbinger in a violent explosion splashes an area with vile black water. If the spell was empowered enough by enemy spell casts, volatile minions will spawn from the corrupted water. Volatile minions are minions of a different colour which explode in a spray of black water on death.

Voice:

A deep gurgling voice, almost as if talking underwater. His quotes should be about the arrival of his master, chaos and destruction and the deep dark ocean. Examples of these are...

"The call cannot be ignored." (Referencing to the Call of Cthulhu)
"Chaos awaits."
"Make way for my master."
"I can hear your tiny hearts beating."
"Your sanity's weak..."
