FPS Drop. Dont know why ?

Hi everyone! ... I have this odd problem.. And now i had it for like 3 months and i never get any help :/

When im in a game TMM , Solo mm or public i suddently starting to drop FPS from 125 to 15 ... Often in team fights 15 then straight up to 125. And when i farming creeps and stuffs like that it goes down to 25 and going up to 125...

http://i43.tinypic.com/161kz7p Here is my computer and i tried to lower settings to low , medium... I got a laptop but i dont think that it is getting warm cause i lag.

I have a Coldplate or what the name is called under the computer , and i vacuum it.
