No response from server

Recently I am unable to play matchmaking or join public game servers.
I sometimes manage to get though, yet most of the time I am getting "No response from server error"
I have played HoN for quite a long time, the problems with server connectivity appeared just recently

I have tried reinstalling HoN in a new folder
Scanned for registry issues with CCleaner - none found

My OS is Windows 7 64bit Professional
I am behind a router
I have tried restarting the router
The router is connected with LAN cable to my ISPs router
I am using Avast! Home antivirus
I am using MallwareBytes AntiMalware

In a similar thread with "no response from server" errors, I saw I should try

Strange thing is that it does not respond past the "computing statistics" message.

I have not installed any mods for HoN.

The strange thing here is that it shows one of the ISP routers IP and DNS name, instead of my computers one.

Tried ping to one of the servers I recently got the error with (got IP from the in-game console (ctrl+f8))

ping 188.122.92.153

0 packet loss, average ping 43ms

After the reinstall of HoN it actually got even worse - before reinstall I was able to play tutorial. Now I am not able to play it - I am getting the same "no response from server" error.

UPDATE:
Tried reinstall again, this time I have deleted settings, profiles everything which I was able to identify related to HoN - seems like at least tutorial started working.
I am able to create a new public game, but I am still not able to join any of the existing ones.

Could you try to join a matchmaking game or a public game and reupload your console.log when you get the error? Then we can analyze where your problem is =)
