Enemy team able to remake alone

We were playing 3v3 Grimm's Crossing and kicked one of our teammates who couldn't play. Then we were winning that game as 2v3 and enemy team called a remake vote and it got passed without our team voting for it.

The remake formula is 7/10 for a game of 10 players.

So if you subtract 4 players from the numerator and the denominator, then it becomes 3/6 for a game of 6 players (in a 3v3). Maybe it's not the best solution, but it is "working as intended" according to the math.

That's wrong.

70% is required without a leaver, 50% with (counts are rounded). This means in a 5 player game with 1 leaver, 3 (2.5 rounded up) votes are required. The same thing happens in 5v5 (9 players with 1 leaver means 5 (4.5) votes are required).
