Report Cooldown

I'm not going to get into how stupid this is, just noticed a glitch/typo.

It says "All reports have a 2 minute cooldown after the match is completed before it can be reported. Please take this time to reflect on the match and assure that the actions of the player are reportable."

Every time I try to report I have a 4+ minute cooldown, not 2. Big difference when you want to play another game right after. Enough time in fact to minimize, open the forums, type this entire thread, and get back in time to still have 2 minutes to wait.

I noticed it about two weeks ago, but my friends were waiting for me to start a game so I never reported. When I noticed it again today I figured I had nothing better to do, so posted.

Here's a little secret: Go into practice mode and hit 500% speed, open up RAP Interface and look at the time!
