I'm 22, in law school in NYC, and am looking for someone good to play D3 with over the summer. I didn't play Diablo II, but I'm good at games. Not to type out a full resume, but in short:
HoN: Multiple 1900's solo queue (Usernames: Broseph, Brosef, Brosmurf, Brocord, LadyGaGaXOXO).
WOW: 500+ days played since beta, Gladiator since s2, Val'anyr / rank 1 in 5v5 on Stormstrike in s6 (Username: Broseph/Mal'Ganis).
WCIII: Top 50 1v1 in US East as Orc (Username: DemonHunter).
Halo (2, 3, Reach): 3:1 ranked K/D, 3:1 social K/D in Reach over 300+ games, ~10,000 games total since Halo 2 (Usernames: Pvt Steve, Villanova U).
SC2: I played it for a month in beta, picked it up again a few months ago and got high Diamond 1v1 after a month by going straight Marines every game.
(Proof available on request)
In summary, I'm ****ing -great- at video games, Diablo III is coming out May 15th, and I'm looking for someone to play with. You'll need Skype and a mic, obviously, but the main criteria are to be active and not bad. Send me a PM.

Brosef is the greatest.
I am looking for a homosexual butt buddy to play WC3 custom maps with. Mainly hero rpg/arenas. Any takers?
So what you're saying is that you're great at games, but have no friends.
you were a laughing stock on mal ganis. why would you even mention that you're the same broseph? christ
The details are that he's probably one of the butthurt masses of bads that I called bad.
But yeh, I don't play video games with people I know IRL anymore - it's a friendship killer - and I've been out of all games for almost a year now (law school) so most of my online ties have been cut. I obviously could start out and rape it up by myself, then later pair up with other top-tier players of my choosing (as I've done in every other game I have played), but starting with a non-bad in-game life partner would be nice, too.

In other words you're an arrogant git. Yeah, that deters friends alright.
It's not arrogance if I'm actually that good. Read the first post in this thread. Therefore, it's not arrogance.
(I wish the HoN profile page was available so I could mock your terrible ratings/win%'s.)

Just because you're good at something doesn't mean you should rub it in everyone's faces every time you get the chance. Feel free to laugh at my stats as well lol, I for one can't afford wasting my time trying to get good at games.

actually playing with IRL friends is the best thing that you could do.
Or at least playing with friends you know for long from another online games (but you actually dont know them from RL) is better then playing with friends, that you just made throught game.
But even playing with friend you just made through that actual game is better then playing with wanabee "friends" which you will probably kick out after one week, because your e-penis is too large for them.
But it looks like you are not able to play with your IRL friends, because when you are playing with friends, you must play to have fun both of you, and not to be the best self proclaimed gamer in the whole world. It looks like you are not able to do that.

I'm not trying to rationalize being bad, I'm perfectly capable of rationalizing why I'm bad. Being good at videogames is not important to me and that's it.
Having said that, I can understand that if you're really trying to be good at something, having to sacrifice "training" for playing with friends is annoying. I just don't understand why you apparently couldn't turn off that competitive mode and just play for fun every now and then. I mean, if it actually COST you friendships, that's pretty bad. You probably need to prioritize some stuff in your life if that's going on.
Broseph: no, English is not my native language, I am from Czech Republic.
Even if my english is maybe not as good as should be, then I think you were still able to understand what I tried to say by my post.
If you want, then go ahead and laugh at me and at my stats all you want. I am no longer student, I am going to normal work now. So I cant play games 24/7/365. I am playing them to have fun, not to be good at them at all cost.

You can play with real life friends who are bad, and just try to have fun with it, while saving your elitist mentality for when you play solo or with other good players.
Obviously you have a social problem if you can't do that. Just saying.
There are a finite amount of hours one can play video games. That goes for everyone - whether you are unemployed or (like me) in law school/working for a judge. Given the choice of playing Diablo with a RL friend or someone who is not bad at the game (mutually exclusive categories, I assure you), the choice is clear: I prefer better to worse, and therefore am seeking a like-experienced individual to pair with. Elitism is involved only in that I, unlike you, have the right to demand my partners be good, by virtue of my own skill (you've no right because you're bad).
P.S. The Czech Republic is probably one of the least significant countries in the world. You should lie and say you're from America the next time someone asks you.
