Hi I had some mods and then disabled them, after some time I reinstalled the game so the mods folder is empty but ingame i still can see those mods there, is there a way to delete those?

Those are inbuilt into the game I am fairly sure. They won't have any impact on gameplay. e.g. Test++ is just for practice mode.
