    Um i don't know if this would be the same for legacy players but i don't think half the players KNOW how to post a reply a thread, use thr forums or even look at it all together. Poll bit unfair imo. Btw i say "half" as in maybe the majority, i might be wrong but f2p players are new to the game so this might be the case...

    There definitely needs to be some rotation in the heroes. Even if it is on an every-other-week basis.

    The rotation will help the game from getting static and will encourage experimentation with a hero that players may not have used before.

    I have a F2P account and I can say that without a doubt, having the rotation of heroes only pushed me to learn more about the game(it did not hinder my want to play the game).

    Having a static pool of heroes without any rotation would only make things boring in the long run.

    I support a static pool of 15-20, with 10-15 additional heroes that are rotated at least every other week.

    Without rotation it would become boring, I haven't played for too long, only a couple of months, like 2-3.
    If it was up to me, I'd probably prefer a system where you get to chose 5 heroes (Under the price of 650 so no new heroes, EA, etc) as well as having the 15 rotation one.
    That way you would have 5 static heroes you personally chose, and 15 on rotation. So you could get used to those 5, and still get to try 15 random heroes every week. After a couple of matches you'd be able to afford new heroes as well, so you wouldn't have to be stuck with the same heroes over and over.

    Definitely in agreement with the 20 static and 10 rotating. However 21 static (7 of each stat) and 9 rotating (3 of each stat) sounds like it could be a better option with a more even distribution.

    People definitely need a 'try before you buy' option.

    - 10 Rotating Heroes aswell so it doesn't get too boring.

    You guys should give a bonus to Legacy players if you are planning to give for free 30 heroes to new players.
    Explain me why I have to spend lots of gold and silver buyng alt avatars, while people who bought heroes will be refounded of their bought.

    20 static - 10 rotating
    2000 gold to legacy players <.<

    Uhhm, just to mention. You Legacies spent 30$ I think for all heroes. F2P players has to use way more than that.
    You complain about the silver use/gold use on avatars? Well, don't complain on the gold use, you make it alot yourself and you decide and for the alt avatars.... F2P players has to buy first the hero then the avatar, Legacy can only get avatar.

    • Firstly I liked this (since I'm F2P), but then, when I look that I spent 10$ for that offer (96 heroes I think), I find myself a bit damaged (not like that I'm mad cause I won't get any silver/gold as "gift" for heroes that I own at the moment), but I don't think it's not fair for us who bought that package (I think I'm not alone, there must've been 10 000 others (at least)). So I was wondering: "What about us?".




    • 2nd thing I'd like to add about your new F2P system is, you could fix that problem, simply by giving hero to a player for their Level Up (1 Level Up=1 hero of your wish for free), so when you reach 30 level, you would have 30 heroes which you like/know to play, and not damaging HoNproducing (that is contributing money through gold coins).


    Anyway I support this idea, for all those who couldn't experience playing HoN in right way (All those mods,...)
    Keep up the good work, and listen to your community ^_^.
    that will also reduce less 1600-1800s smurfs

    to not devalue the heros, it's better make "10 NEW HEROS" and give to all players (or 9, 3 per atribute).

    If dont it's new, the fixed heros will be much devalued

    This is probably sad for players who has all heroes already, but really, S2 do something good. People complain. S2 do something bad. People complain. S2 don't do a thing. People complain.

    I think its a definite improvement over the current system. Personally i think it would be better to have 15 static heros so that you get 5 of each attribute and 15 rotational; this would again mean 5 of each attribute that would change.

    But thats only my opinion

    Astounding news!

    These changes not only allow new players to choose among an wider variety of heroes to start off, but also allow them to keep praticing those heroes as well!
    The 10 heroes per stat detail is very important, not only to keep the balance of the free hero pool, but to allow new players to experience every role in the game and choose that which fits his/her gaming style the most.

    About the removal of tokens/passes, that's welcome as well. However, I didn't notice any "refund" notes regarding it, as I did about heroes. Being a Legacy, I don't need tokens, but Free Account owners might like some refunding like "40 silver per remaining token" or "50% gold refund per active pass".

    Regarding the possible implementable features, I should ask you to, please, don't allow Legacy accounts to be purchasable. We, Legacy players, do like some "exclusive features" showing that we supported HoN in it's early stages. There's no need to give us any "special treatment" besides all the heroes, but we would appreciate if our icon, free heroes and gold name (in cases like mine) are kept exclusive to us.
    However, I'm sure any of uss would mind a "All Heroes" bundle for a reasonable price, or even a special "pass" which makes all heroes available for a period of time (1 week/month/year).

    About these comments asking to rotate some of the pool, I don't think it's necessary (imo), but would be rather interesting if 3 heroes of each stat were rotated. Would be even better if such rotation was made for each player individually.
    Again, I don't think it's necessary though.
