So a more self-sufficient Ganky Glacius.
I predict Ghostmarchers, Spell Shard, Tablet(?) and Puzzle Box(?)

    Plated Greaves, Sac Stone, Sheep!

All her abilities bar #3 are relatively skill shot so being able to get into position quickly is important. Ghost marchers would offer her that boost.
However we don't know the CD of #1 so like Art she may not auto attack much (so dmg+ might be wasted). She also turns into a support late game with her slows so i'd guess plated greaves would be useful. For a start plated greaves offers her more movement speed passively.

I'd guess SH and Nullstone would be more useful than sacstone in most scenarios.
Sheep is core on any Int hero.

I won't be surprised with Puzzle Boxes being made due to how she's focused around slows -> stuns. Gives her minions lots of chances to hurt.

The 3 slow themselves are just strong together.

So the ult is a slight variant of his Q ability, both in function and in visuals.

    A+

Her avatar icon is extremely ugly. Besides that i'm impressed you made a hero that doens't have stun, escape mechs, movement boost or shield ability AND slow.

See S2, heroes focused in one potential (slow in this case) is way better than running multiple "all around" heroes. I see this one on competitive.

Why the **** would they give that skill clearvision? THEY HAD TO NERF MONARCH BECAUSE OF THIS! How short sighted can you be?

    Bah...

    Ugh.. truly a non-creative hero.

Take one skill from 4 random heroes, modify a bit... YOU GOT A NEW ONE!

Yet another OP hero....S2 should make more melees

The skills function well with each other as a hero.
Q and W builds up slows which helps land Q and W. Consume charges with E to stun which makes Q and W even more effective. Throw in R which works well with QWE. R is also a super version of Q.

Surely that's the point of an Ultimate? A super spell used in special conditions. It doesn't always have to be a hero defining ability. Armadon, Blitz, Magebane, Scout, Monkey King, Madman, Kinesis, Torturer, Revenantish, Pebbles, Predator and Drunken Master are examples. Heroes with a passive/uninteresting (in terms of mechanics) ultimate. Or an ultimate that is overshadowed by the heroes' other abilties. Like Predator's Stonehide is more of a nuisance than his Terrify ultimate. Or Madman with farm is what you fear, not his ultimate. Tort has other spells going on, his Ultimate is just another thing on top of it and is often leveled last.

I see this hero to be like Pyromancer theme-wise. He has firey based abilities. His Ultimate is pretty much a massive fire nuke. A psyched up Dragonwave that is more precise.

Hilarious they gave her AOE clear vision after removing it from Monarch.

3 skills that do basicaly the same thing. The only truly original skill was Flash Freeze. I guess the only cool latest hero released was Kinesis, all others since bezerker were totaly non-creative.

    What exactly are you saying?
The ultimate don't realy have to be the best ability of the hero. Sometimes its just a good bonus to combo with the other spells, or a strong situational skill. Torturer dont realy have enough dps late game. His spells deal good aoe damage early, but the ult have a high mana upkeep, so he can't afford that early. Late game it greatly boosts his AoE dps. Armadon ult is also great as a passive and is well designed for his purpose, also boosting his first skill. If Pred had stone hide as ultimate, it would either be too op with a high cooldown or way too useless, being able to pick it only at level 6, leaving you more vulnerable against early ganks. Madman couldn't realy hard carry without his ult. It would be the same as soaking up dps itens on an engineer. My point is, don't judge the ult alone, but the combination and overall disposal of the other skills as well (although I don't realy see anything new on this Ellonia's ult).

    Mmmm....
    She's sexy, hard and tough
now thats my kinda hero! xD

Spotlight well done, but yet another shitty hero. Low cd as usual to make up for bad plays and a hero with too many roles. Clear vision to remove skills with juking and everything massive aoe cc and high damage as usual.

Can you please make a mode with only beta/dota heroes? Back then the game was actually balanced and heroes had great design. You are ruining the game with these heroes and very soon there is no turning back. Bad job again.

Blitz is probably the most retarded hero ever. All 4 spells do the same thing and is simply just retarded, does not fill a role and is annoying to play against.

3 dmg spells, a slow, and clear vision..

That is a little much. I hope her spells cost a lot
    Of mana.

I see her ganking well early game and carrying
Late game once she has most. Of her skills
Leveled. It looks like she will need lots of levels
To reach her pinnacle of DMg potential.
    She will need mid solo.

    She looks too good...

Also, very lame way to steal that "game of thrones"
    Quote, "winter is coming"

And by both heroes those skills look almost the same
Moonqueen's ultimate is just more Moon Beams
Slither's ultimate is just another AOE dot
Thunderbringer's ultimate is just global Lightning Blasts
Wretched Hag's ultimate is just a huge AOE Haunt

Sometime's a hero's charm lies within the theme, and the ultimate is simply a bigger/badder/epic form of the bread and butter ability. Yes it's a target location projectile. But once you see it in game you'll see that it neither looks nor feels the same as Glacial Spike. Absolute Zero is a wonder to behold (and mechanics-wise it is fascinating to say the least!).
