Some praise and a small suggestion

I'd like to thank all the gamemasters for their hard work, because it must be hard to deal with, vague reports, and people still reporting even when it says on the R.A.P. menu states that's it's not reportable, and the almount of time some games are, it must be hard work to deal with sometimes.

Sometimes, when I just get a new hero, I don't have the coins to report people, and they get out of it scout free (u c wat I did thar?). I'd like to suggest that you make people who file a succesful report pay less silver coins, rewarding them for doing the right thing.

Thank you for the compliment. Dealing with vague/incorrect reports is not too difficult. The only difficult part is reading the hundreds of posts on the forums that insult us and complain about rules they did not bother to read.

In response to your suggestion, the 25 silver deposit can be earned in about 3 to 5 matches. If the deposit were less it would be very insignificant, and petty reports would likely once again flood the system. Even with this current deposit we receive tens of thousands of reports against people for little more than having a bad game.

It is no secret that the GM team is struggling to keep up with the rate at which HoN is growing. We are continually adding and training more GMs; eventually we'll be in control of the backlog. Once this happens we will look into ways to be more lenient with reporting restrictions.

I hope you understand our stance on this matter.
