Artesia will stand still instead of running randomly while under effects of Dampeer's terrorize and Maliken's ult
(easily reproducable in practice)

bug seems to appear since
artesia is the only hero missing
wanderrange="250"
so i guess default would be 0 and she wanders ... just in a zero range
So, unless thats some weird balance decision, the fix would be just adding
wanderrange="250"
to Artesia's hero entity definition.
