I was playing as Blitz( alt-avatar) and had a bomb thrown on my head but when i moved it disappeared but the timer was still going.
I then tried in practice game and it is as i thought : When the alt-avatar of blitz gets a sticky bomb on her/his head it shows just right, but when he moves ... the bomb slides down and it looks as though it's between her/his legs.
It may be considered as a visual glitch.
Match id : 87164440 -- though the replay system is still not working. A quick try in practice mode should show you what i'm talking about.
