"No response from server"- How to fix this?

When i go "Play now" its say "no response from server" (i play only 4 times, i dont now why),
I go team matchmaking and my friends join the game only i cant join and they see that i cant join...
I search google for solution but nothing... I tried turn off firewall and avast and reinstall game and nothing...
And i can only play public games.
Can someone help me pls?
