It's hard to explain but I get it and every stream I watch they have it, where there's like a random bug that occurs occasionally which almost looks like a range indicator and it just pops up for no reason and only for half a second, only been happening after latest patch.
is it when you hover over your spells? they added this light greyish circle around the heroes to indicate range but it only shows up if your cursor is over the skill
Known bug, it is something they use in testing.
It wasn't suppose to be pushed to retail (coincidently its only windows it seems).
This is set to be fixed for friday
