I'm done. This is absurd. S2 you built a game with a superior engine, matchmaking service etc than dota and then screwed it up by encouraging a pathetically bad player base. Its honestly sad how bad you are at handling this. TDA did a phenomenal job on an all volunteer basis. I've been playing HoN since the Beta and it has flat out gotten worse over time. 5% disconnect rate to get banned? Are you kidding me? TDA had a 1%. I will literally NEVER play HoN again, I've only stuck with it this long because I had friends who played. But I'm done. You won't get any more of my money because you just aren't good enough to earn it. I wish I could have the money back I already spent.

I'm sure this won't affect your bottom line at all. You have enough obnoxious, racist quitters out there that you won't even notice my absence. I hope you're proud of the game you've made. If you ever feel like hiring competent people to run your game, I'll buy it all over again. Until then, congrats on all you've accomplished.
