player x picks a a shadowed hero(its ok obv no ban worthy derp). And the first thing he says is prepare to get trolled ****face.
doesnt stay in lane-sits a bit in jungle near me,i decide to in lane to see how it plays out he goes mid sits in the bush.we kick him(not afk).i dont see nothing ban worthy.
what bothers me is that he said prepare to get trolled(also sais he doesnt give a **** its a sub account bla bla) and that he gets mmr for the win tough he is kicked.
still think not ban worthy but i want gm's opinion.
also hope its not a dumb post.
also this is a question not a suggestion(just me being a plant for a moment :s)

Unfortunately being a douche isn't bannable, but lucky you managed to get him kicked before he could do anything major. The thing is though, if he wasn't kicked and then ruined your game through obviously trolling, then it WOULD be reportable, but you'd get a loss because of it. Kinda a Minority Report thing.
Let me try to clarify the two questions brought up here:
"Is confessing to troll/grief against the rules even if they are not doing anything explicitly ban-worthy?"
This is a very good question. Added to the FAQ. Short answer: no.
"If a player is vote-kicked, will they still receive mmr if their team goes on to win without them?"
Yes. This is to protect players who are kicked "unjustly" as a prank. There is no (current) way that the game can differentiate between a malicious kick and a valid kick, so we err on the side of forgiveness. Remember, if a player is kicked for just reasons they may still be reported and punished by the RAP system after the match.
Note:
I deleted several posts in this thread. This was done to minimize confusion, not because any forum rule violations occurred.
