Farm or get experience when the enemy team has destroyed both your outer towers and has vision on most of your side, pubtraining the **** out of ur team.
I've always wondered since it is really really hard to get out of that position.

or turtle, set up defensive wards for your own team, get into a pubtrain formation of your own and look to catch the enemy team off guard and initiate on them to gain farm/experience off them. if you can't do that though, you're probably pretty much screwed unless the enemy team makes a big mistake (they get cocky) and/or are uncoordinated.

the worst things you can do though are sit at a tower as 5 with your team doing nothing trying to defend, or get picked off one by one due to no wards, so definitely try to avoid that.

but yeah, set up wards for yourself, then look for possible chances to pick them off with your team. note that counterwarding is HUGE in these situations if you know where they put their wards because due to having limited wards they won't be able to know where your team is at and it allows you to gank them more easily if they commit to playing aggressive on your side. if they don't commit and back off, then that gives your team a chance to farm and recover, or in turn play aggressively due to them not having wards (because you counterwarded them).

Capitalize on the mistakes opponents make. Ward/counterward if able (whole team helping with it) and try to get a pick-off. If able try to pool up a Portal Key on whatever hero you can use to get a pick-off. If you have a support Witch Slayer pooling money on him to get some mobility on a hero is the best bet if you don't have anyone in your team capable of it.

If you do get a pick-off or win a teamfight get wards on the map asap. No matter who has to buy them.
