Asks for professional standards, with professional stream quality, but then only offers a volunteer position.
Damn, TDM is pretty professional.
It's a volunteer position but you're asking kinda much for this spot
MoonMeander: Sometimes when I get bored at night I pretend I'm Chtuluphant and charge my girlfriend, pillow, blanket off the bed and yell "MRRHHHHHHHHHH!"
Parakletos: two kinds of people in the world: people who jump on their **** in the shower and dirty liers
Fantasy: You definitely are a GIANT contributer that I am, where I am.
NovyPirat: The only thing riser needs to survive is the island and the others

Maybe they are just trying to pay Zyori since he's the only one who qualifies right out of the gate.
I don't quite understand why you're all saying "Omg so much work, position is insulting". They're looking for someone with a passion for HoN/esports who wants to do something that they enjoy. Do you require professionalism when you're trying to get your brand our there? Of course you do. The only thing is that there aren't many people in the HoN community willing to do anything to try and grow the game on their own with just working on it for the sake of growing the game, without feeling entitled to getting a large sum of money.
What I do suggest for tdm though is to not have two people do EVERYTHING for both HoN and Dota 2, you'd need separate groups of people (even though there's nothing going on in HoN right now)
Times like these I wish I had a powerful enough computer to cast and show my handsome self.
Shame.
Need more souls.. !
I'm miffed at why people would want casters on the HoN end of the spectrum. HoNcast gets what? 2-3000 viewers nowadays and the alternatives get 2-300. Is it really worth spending all of that effort in such a small footprint? You know you wont be allowed to cast any of the major(ha ha) events because HoNcast has a nice little monopoly on those. So you'll solely rely on basically the scenes meager leftovers, that doesn't sound very appealing to me.

The requirements are kinda retarded for a voluntary position with no indication at all of a more concrete offer.
I'm going to have to mostly agree with Rean here.
Trademark seems to want a lot from a volunteer, which is highly unrealistic but what bothers me more is that their site isn't even (fully?) operational yet. And I can remember the site looking more or less the same for over half a year now. That sparks the question of what happpened to Lisa "Kierk" Thai? (she developed the site afaik)
TDM should get their own stuff set up before 'demanding' so much from volunteers in my opinion.
Cleaned up loads of off-topic and generally terrible posting.
tDM is trying to grow their organization. Let's all be respectful about this and instead of bashing an organization that has supported HoN, we support them back by either showing interest in such a position or not flooding threads with spam.
Who wants to present trash talking horrible players? Not even Moon would sell out that hard
i think the requirements are fairly reasonable.
They're trying to seperate the breakycpk's from the professionals.
