To report a chat-abuse outside of a game you only have to make a screenshot and send it to a GM. Is this actually the only proof or are there chat logs?
Because a screenshot of a chat box can even be perfectly faked by a layman. Just wondering.
If flaming happens outside of the game only proof you can present is screenshot.
