One surprisingly effective strategy, but also a fun one that can prove challenging against a good team:

Attain maximum movement speed (through both MS increasing and other movement).

That means:

Post Haste
Frostburn
Stormspirit
Portal Key
Tablet of Command
Spellshards (lower the cooldowns on your jump items!)

I've actually been wanting to see this for a while.
Pick Behemoth, have PK and Resto Stone (and probably mana ring or high level for mana pool)

PK -> ulti -> fissure -> Resto Stone -> PK to reposition yourself within the teamfight in a better spot -> ulti -> fissure

Don't care about rating, winning or losing, annihilation or genocide. I just want to see that combo pulled off properly.

Got another one for you. I'll give you two alternatives on it.

Either play scout without speccing invis and build Genjuro (for the invis, doesn't have to be before boots, but first big item). Or:

Get immortal (bonus for annihilation) playing scodex (Codex, Striders, Spellshards, Hellflower, Portal Key and item of choice). You can of course have start and laning items, as well as TPs as wards if you want to.

AAAAAND I CHALLENGE YOU TO:

1. Deny 2 or more of your teammates on a team battle (you can use BH and Succubus to help you with that) AND GET A SMACKDOWN on a enemy hero right after.
2. Get MORE than 10 Illusions of Sand Wraith (not counting yourself there) on your screen at the same time (could be something like 2ults+ Rune of Illusion + Geo's Bane) and GET a SMACKDOWN.
3.PICK EMPATH, Die 5 times REPEATDLY to kongor at start, buy a new courier, upgrade it to winged and THEN get at least 5 kills ON THIS SAME MATCH.
