Ophelia's Judgment
Deals 5/10/15/20% of distance in damage. Low cooldown and mana cost (see Impetus).
Nuke removed for a slightly weaker version of Enchantress' Impetus.
Command
In addition to its current abilities: HP bonus removed. Castable on allied, enemy, or neutral units, takes control of it. If cast on owned unit or allied hero, teleports it to base. Max of 3 units, so LVL4 removes mana cost and dramatically reduces cooldown to 5 seconds.
Ability to control allied units added. Teleportation ability from old Judgment added. HP bonus removed and given to Ophelia's Touch instead. LVL4 allows her to help allies run away very easily.
Ophelia's Touch
In addition to its current ability: passively gives 20/30/40% attack speed reduction to any unit that attacks Ophelia. Units that Ophelia own gain 100/200/300 HP bonus.
Increases Ophelia's survivability akin to a weaker version of Enchantress' Untouchable. Her units are less powerful early on.
BUT NOMEY NOMERS, OPHELIA IS RLY STRONG EARLY GAME SO IT WOULD BE IMBALANCED TO MAKE HER LATE GAME GOOD TOO!
Not completely. The removal of the HP bonus from Command weakens her units significantly early on. What this remake does is give her two distinct skill builds--one that emphasizes laning and one that emphasizes jungling. S2 did the same with Jeraziah, giving him a pure support build as well a a damaging carry build. Both are equally strong and effective. This way, she is not limited to only jungling, and players that don't want to play a micro-intensive, jungling hero can opt to play a useful, lane-controlling Ophelia instead.
I like the idea of the remake, as many know, not only is Ophelia picked rarely (due to the simple fact that not many can play her efficiently and effectively as a support) but she lacks that late game aspect...
I agree that this would make Ophelia much better, +1.
Great suggestions, but removing the HP bonus is a big no-no for me. The creeps have it hard enough already, late game even with the slow they'd die with one hit. No more Snotter Bosses and Wolf Commanders if you don't include the HP bonus.. :/
My thumb is still undecided, I would vote yes but the HP bonus is a big turnoff..
Much better, just need a few more adjustments. But so far, good job. I'd love to try this out, T-up from me.
This is a very good suggestion.
Voted yes, hope to see it happen badly.
