Introduction
Retards with Skill has been around a couple of times in the past and once again it's comming back to participate in the competitive scene. What the clan is looking for is players with raw talent that are willing to work together to polish that given talent into professional material, and with that along with the required teamwork accomplish all those goals that you would have never thought possible before.
The name?
Do not be fooled by the name of the clan since it is far from being a joke, what the name represents is that every player has a moment where they risks it all for something they have never expirienced before, at that given moment either a star is born or a retard is shown. What differs us from being those retards is the willingness to get up, learn from our mistakes and evolve into the next generation of professional players.
Goals
The main objective of the clan is to compete in future tournaments and climb up the ladder of the competitive scene. To accomplish that we are gonna focus stritly into playing scrims, IH and TMM of 5 to earn that teamwork that is required to go to the next level. Along with this objective will come recognition and grow till the day we are highly recognized in the competitive scene and around all hon community.
About the Leader
I'm 22 years old and live in Costa Rica, my main language is spanish however I lived in Florida US, for a couple of years. I can play on any server without any lagg issues which is quite and advantage when it comes to the competitive scene and I'm an all around player, meaning I play what the team needs in order to win. Before the nerf I was 1800+ but ever since then I have been stucked between 1650-1700 since I find it very hard to win games when solo queueing and getting team up with players that are just impossible to carry, I'm sure most of you can relate to that. I'm extremely active, normally play from 8am-11pm (gmt-6), and have lead this team to success a few times in the past. I'm strict to my clan mates since I know how hard is to climb up the ladder of success, however at the same time I'm quite comprehensive since I understand that we are humans and able to make mistakes or simply have our personal reasons our actions.
What the Clan is Looking For
We are not looking strictly for professional players, however we do need players with that raw talent ready to be polished, we are looking for no more than 12 players max for the clan, and the reason why 12 is still a big number is just so we can do In houses or have more than just one TMM team at any given time. One of the main attributes that is needed is the ability to take criticism not as a negative comment but as a growing opportunity. Also there is no need whatsoever to rage at a clanmate since what this clan is trying to accomplish is to help each other climb that ladder and giving a hand to those who might fall behind. It is important to follow the instructions that you are given but it's also important to make your own decisions when you are required to. Feel free not to think about the clan as just a place where a group of people meet, but as your home where you meet with your family.
What the Clan Offers
We offer a ventrilo server so clanmates can communicate in-game and outside of it, free us of it but mainly focused on competitive use. Also offer coachings and leadership to improve your skills and lead you to that place that you have been dreaming of getting to but has been impossible on your own. I'm quite confident in my leadership since it hasn't failed me in the past, so ask yourself, Are you ready to climb up the ladder of success and become that professional player that you can be?
Requirements
- 1650+ MMR
- Be able to play on USW or USE
- Be able to play anytime from 8am-11pm GMT-6
- Able to speak good english
- 17+ years of age and being mature
- Have stats accordingly to the role that you play
- Have a mic and Ventrilo
