The console.log you uploaded shows that the last time you opened HoN prior to this upload, you launched HoN, then quit without playing any games. Do note that everytime that you start up HoN, the previous console.log is overwritten with a new one. Can you create a practice game/join a no-stats game, induce these errors, and then send the console.log that result from that?

    Until then:
    - Also check that your Nvidia card drivers is up-to-date via the nvidia website.
    - Disable antivirus and/or add a read-scan exception to the HoN folder.

I need to see a console.log from after a game you have lag. All you did is open HoN in that log. It gets overwritten each time HoN is started.

I have the latest drivers, 296.10 version, and i do this in antivirus, maybe little better than before.

I'm noticing several "Query not S_OK", indicating a struggling graphics card. Turn down your ingame setting to their bare-minimum. If it works, you can start turning up the setting until you reach an acceptable level. Also check that your computer is not overheating. Check the temperature after 30-60 minutes of HoN running and compare them with your computer safe running temperatures:

Go into your Nvidia control panel (through control panel or right click desktop) and set it to performance over quality. Also check other settings as they may sometimes override HoN's settings.
