(Sorry if this is in the wrong section, I couldn't really determine where to place this)

I purchased a name change on my main account, going from "Zortkillah" to "Galstaff", and am now unable to login under either name on the forums. I am perfectly able to log in on the game client itself, just not the forums. I don't know if others are having this issue, but all of my other accounts are able to log in to the forums with the only exception being my name changed account. Thank you for you time.
