EDIT 2: Ok I take that back, I just emailed the address as suggested above "In the event that the incident did not take place in the match you were in, please email hongm@S2Games.com and provide as much information as possible."
but when I sent the email I got this auto response back:
"RAP reports are not taken through customer service or this email address. If you cannot report them using the in-game RaP system please PM Senior Game Masters iGuy, MacroHard, Xioxyde, Castiel or Rawn via HoN forums"
One of these has to be updated since they're conflicting. Does this mean my email won't be reviewed?

I'll talk with Feanux and see if we can clarify that. The hongm@s2games.com is no longer functional: it simply asks you to PM one of us on the forums. Thanks for pointing that out!
