right now the only thing that ingame account levels are providing to players are silver coins gained when you level up your ingame account.
We already have two type of currencies in shop right now (gold coins and silver coins) with which you are able to buy things from shop.
I am suggesting to add third currency, lets call that currency for example "shop tokens". These tokens could be used to obtain any item from shop "for free" (without need to pay with gold or silver coins). Limited edition / gold collection shop items will not be available to buy with this currency. Buying some item with this "shop token" will remove the token. This currency should work as charge based system.
So now he have basic concept, but how to obtain these "shop tokens"?
I would like to suggest to obtain one "shop token" every time the ingame account reaches 10th level (at levels 10, 20, 30, 40, ...)
So at the begining, everyone obtains number of tokens that will be counted by theyr current ingame account level. So for example account lvl 8 will not get any "shop tokens". Account lvl 26 will get 2 "shop tokens" etc. Then every time the ingame account will reach 10th lvl, one "shop token" will be added to that account.
The initial number of "shop tokens" should be counted as account_lvl/10.
tl;dr: for every 10th ingame account level, allow players to claim one thing of theyr chosing from shop for free.
It will still be easier for a smurf to get 4 f2p accounts to level 10 than their man to level 40

I voted yes on this, but not for the suggestion you made. I generally just want some motivation to play on my main accounts. Like this account for example, I havent touched him since the stat reset pretty much. Why should I? So I can play games with very narrow lane builds? I prefer playing on my smurf account and going Geomancer/Dev for example.
There is just no point in playing on my main accounts.
So basically, I want something out of the levelling system that is already ingame, but I dont quite like your suggestion.
It's definitely possible if you know how to play well.
I agree with you and with Ripoff mainly regarding that the current system lacks any incentive to stick with one account - though I don't really support the system you suggest. Think about it: How long does it take you to level from level 20 to level 30? Of course depending on your win-%, frequency of playing and so on and so on, but still it takes a freaking lot of time. And for that you get a single alt avatar or an announcer or something? I don't think that's really enough to keep the complaints at bay.
Honestly though I can't really come up with an alternative from the top of my head, yet I think that is a matter that should really be considered.

Don't really see why these "tokens" are needed, 2 type of coins is more than enough.
Love this idea but don't you think at one point in time you need to have an account get 2 tokens for 10 levels I mean once you get to like lvl 20 or even 30 it starts getting very slow and hard to get to the next 10 levels.
