    2.5.1.8 - Legionnaire Whirl

    Hey

    I just tested Legionnaire in a Practise Game.. And it appears he only whirled after 12 attacks, not once in 5-8 minutes did he whirl before. Considering its a decent 80% chance at 10 applications, it seems a bit bugged?

    Can anyone confirm this?

    he doesnt spin unless he got 12 charges yea percentage is totally broken now

    Yes confirmed! I just played a game with him and watched the entire time, but it only would spin after the 12 charge every single time for the rest of the game.

    Confirmed and mad about it...

    IT should work so that on every hit after the 3rd u actually have higher chance to spin compared to before the patch ...

    GG S2devs strike once again...

    Seriously, how can you not test it ONCE (you have to be really blind or stupid to not realise that its buggy even within 5 minutes of playing)

    Yeah. I already posted something bout that. And i just don't get it... Why they need to change heroes like Legio.. He is not a broken hero like Mk or any new $2 hero... He was perfect just the way he was.. Not to op not to week just perfect.. And now they fuc*ed him up ... -.-

    Yeah, match ID 85652296 for me. I was forrest whole game and it didn't proc once before 12 hits. I noticed it right away. I want my mmr back =(

    Inexcusable

    This is completely inexcusable. Even the slightest amount of testing would have revealed this. How can S2 expect to be taken seriously with something like this... Just had a terrible game because of this.

    I just Jumped into a game and picked Legio......

    My pick rate for him is about 50% i really enjoyed him as a hero....

    It's been cut from a 17% spin rate on attacks to 8%........ thats pretty much halved the amount of spins he produces during a jungle.

    So basically what S2 have done is taken a hero that wasn't broken, that was actually quite balanced and completely ****ed it up.....

    You can no longer jungle with him its that simple....

    It's even funnier because i have yet to see Legio make any ban lists in competitive play, or influence the metagame to a point where he must be picked to win.

    I'm glad S2 devs put their meatheads together and in-between trying to eat their own eye brows and in-breeding with the rest of the domesticated wildlife, have taken a perfectly fine hero and just slapped it with an un-required nerf.

    Finally, you ****ing brain dead morons that run developement and testing have actually convinced me to quit this game after removing the Jungle part from one of the best jungling heros in the game.

    Well done, i'd give you a clap but now i really just hope you catch it.

    No way to pick legionaire, we only will kill if we charge and KS our friends.
    I have 40% Legionaire, and now its impossible to jungle, so hard to creep any camps.

    You didn't actually read the change to the spell did you? It's not a nerf, the change was to reduce the RNG on the proc, but unfortunatly it is not working so it only procs once you reach 12 stacks. I just lost a mmr game myself to this bug, other than my taunt I was completely useless the whole game.

    Before he was rather risky but if successful he would be a big threat and was a great farmer and pusher.
    Now, I wouldn't pick him ever, if what you say is true.

    I think some of you are being too harsh. It's certainly regrettable that this bug wasn't caught, and that your nub stomping was slowed-down, but bashing S2 for letting a bug slip through is a waste of time. Yes it's obvious, and should have been caught, but S2 does weekly updates, slip-ups are bound to happen.

    Also, to those using a bug report to complain about the change. I'd say hold your complaints until you see the mechanic working properly. The way i have interpreted the change, is that it's not meant to be a buff/nerf, but an attempt to lower the RNG factor of the ability, because of this whole meem about how competitive games shouldn't allow for random variation. --Which I think is preposterous, ridiculous, misguided and wrong, but many people, I imagine, will value such a change. --So even though there are probably much more important things they could be working on, at least they aren't necessarily doing a bad thing.

    Yeah he doesnt spin on unless he gets hit 12 times other then that he doesnt spin at all
