I am sick and tired of S2 and how they dont care to help or reply.Im getting the DC icon on left side evry 2 mins in game and lagging loosing control of my hero all the time.ppl telling update router or loosing packages is BULLSHIT Its not my problem its S2 problem with game.I want FULL REFOUND of the game i payed for it to work good.none helping me or doing anything about this problem.I am playing dota 2 and all online games without any problem at all.Only HoN is lagging and unplayable.U should stop stealing money on icons and alt avatars and start doing somthing serious with this lagging issue.Ofc Reinstalling doiesnt work at all same things happen again wich points its HoN server problem.With this you are braking your agreement what we applyed when buying the game.I will look into that agreement and do my best to proof you wrong.This game worked normally half a year ago when i stopped but now i will stop playing it again and go play LOL or Dota2.Just ignoring the problem and not doing anything about them will lead to huge disaster as you already know.

This is not a client bug issue but a techsupport issue

the d/c issue is purely downto networking, be it local to your machine, your router, your link to your ISP, your ISP link to the internet, any node along the route to the server, the server itself.
Also your account is registered Aug 2009, to ask for a refund over 2years later is well outside the bounds of a resonable request.
Contact techsupport and assist them as they work through your connection issue:
http://netalyzr.icsi.berkeley.edu/ is a VERY good place ot start, it checks your entire network connection. you will be surprised at the number of people who actually have very bad internets
