Codex Kinesis

Hi Folks.

I have been experimenting with building Kinesis. One of the options I have been trying is building codex on him. Build order goes as:
0) Powersupply (maybe)
1) Steamboots
2) Codex

Kinesis third ability definitely has synergy with codex. A fully leveled codex will give you a 400 shield and likely take out someone as well. It seems like a good item on him and will make him have a HUGE amount of burst damage. If my calculations are correct, He will be able to burst out 1900 damage.

What is the communities thoughts on building him like this?

It can work as he's pretty much made to burst people down. Personally I would prioritize other utility picks over a Codex though, I feel Portal Key is core on him for the surprise factor/perfect positioning, and he can make good use out of a Tablet and/or Stormspirit early on too to help with his positioning and give him a better mana pool. Nome's is also decently nice on him for keeping him alive, helping his mana pool early, and synergizing somewhat with his shield.

Then since I'm picking up Portal Key, next obvious pickups tend to be Sheepstick, Hellflower, or Frostfield for the synergy with Pkey.

But yeah it can work, but I think prioritizing other utility pickups in general is more efficient than putting all your eggs in one basket with a Codex (as with any other hero, except arguably Fayde and Parasite).

But yeah, I personally feel :PowerSupply: :GraveLocket: :Portalkey: is core on him, or at least :TabletOfCommand:/:Stormspirit: for mobility to position himself properly to get his burst combo in and/or an extra chase/escape mechanism. I don't see a problem with getting Codex after for more burst, it's just after :Portalkey:/:TabletOfCommand:/:Stormspirit: he could make more use out of items like :KuldrasSheepstick: :Hellflower: :FrostfieldPlate: :FrostwolfsSkull: or Spellshards instead of a Codex (again this seems to be the case for most heroes, other utility items will give more use than a Codex).

tl;dr - if you're stomping, sure why not?
